What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • In this role, you will assist in hiring, training, onboarding, and coaching to improve the quality of the pipeline
  • Implement an SDR training/enablement curriculum ensuring new hires are onboarded successfully and training needs are fulfilled for the existing team members
  • As Sales Development Manager, your mission is to build, lead, coach, develop, and grow a sales development team
  • The ideal candidate will be one who is able to effectively coach, encourage and incentivize SDRs to succeed in their role. SDR Manager will mostly be coaching a team that is new in their career and will need feedback, guidance and regular check-ins.
  • Success in this position will require leadership, creativity, and coordination skills to execute the sales development function to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure that the team consistently hits goals and generates new, high-quality sales qualified prospects for our company
  • Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement in process & execution within the Sales Development organization; Design and implement solutions that drive greater operational rigor and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Work closely with Sales, Senior SDR Manager/Director, to identify areas of improvement for the SDR Teams
  • Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
  • Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment
  • Oversee usage of team systems including Salesforce, Hubspot, Definitive Health, etc.
  • Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
  • Most importantly, the SDR Manager is the bridge between the SDRs and the VP of Sales, looking after this specialist group on a day-to-day basis, so the VP doesn’t have to.



We are looking for people who have:

  • 3+ years of B2B and Healthcare sales management experience
  • Outbound call center management experience strongly preferred
  • Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare market strongly preferred
  • Experience using CRM tool such as
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Technically adept
